A Lovely Wedding in San Antonio

I had the chance to design a wedding in San Antonio, TX and the venue was so gorgeous to work with! I had the iron centerpieces hand made for the event and they were 20 lbs each!! We carried in and set 25 of them with the rest of the decor I had brought in. It was a lot of hard work and I have to thank my Mother for making the trip with me and helping me set 349 candles total! The candlelight was breathtaking when the sun went down. It was a very romantic setting though and a great experience in San Antonio!

Bubba!!

Heyyyyy you guyyyys!!

Let's play

Bella had her first pedicure....tiniest pedi ever!

All geared up!

Bella had to get some last minute bets in with her bookie before the game :)

Talking to Papa

What rolls?

Seriously...I am NOT into public displays of affection Bella!!

She just loves him SO much though!

In the Exersaucer for the first time! Woohoo party!!

If you were to walk into our house these days on any given day....the first thing you would most likely hear is the very expressive yell for "Bubba" coming out of Isabella's mouth. Everything she does has to be seen, heard, watched, and even mimicked by Brody...aka Bubba! If Bella is dancing and Brody is just hanging out minding his own business, she looks at him and in her drawl says "Buuuubba!!!" and in an exasperated way goes over picks up his arm and starts shaking his entire arm to make him dance as well!! It's pretty funny to watch and as you can see from the look in his face, his is not always enthused about it. hahaha Get used to it little man, soon enough she'll be dressing you up in her clothes, hair bows, and shoes!

The Quacker Tour with the Grandmas!

You want me to do what with this quacker??!!!

Grandma instructing...

And she's got it!

Brody figured chewing on it was the best idea!

Hook 'em Horns! Well Bella can sign just about anything at this point, but the main emphasis this week was teaching her how to Hook 'em so that she would be ready for her first Longhorns game of the season! I have never been in a place where every single person is rooting for the same team! I went to the market on Saturday morning, Game Day, and 99% of the store was dressed in burnt orange! haha It was pretty classic.

We took the kids out to breakfast downtown that morning at Austin Java and they were quite the hit in their stylish Longhorns gear. Brody had on his authentic jersey that Uncle Sean, Aunt Darcy, Alexa, Taylor and Mia gave him. And Bella, ever so pushing the style envelope, was prancing in a seersucker sundress with an embroidered Longhorn on the skirt hehehe.

It was beautiful out in Austin this weekend and with Stacie and Lew in town visiting we went out for great Mexican and some drinks during the game. We did some more sightseeing while they were in town as well and we went on the Quacker tour around some landmarks and into Lake Austin. Bella loved when the bus plunged into the water and turned into a boat. She tried to teach Brody how to use his quacker but he was just interested in chewing on it as he does everything else! We miss Stac and Lew and it was great having them in town! Bella loved getting spoiled by her Godmother Stacie!
