Bella sings Happy Bday to GiGi!

64 years together and celebrating 95 Big Ones! Love them :)

Hi Everyone! I had a very positive doctor's appointment this morning after a slight scare we had over the weekend. Mommy has been going way too much lately (2 weddings in 2 weekends) and Miss Bella is all over the place! So, doc says I have to start taking it easier! Duh Sunnie...you ARE pregnant. Sometimes you just get going and feel so great and then you end up paying for it later I guess. Never again because Baby "B" and Bella are my priorities so whatever I have to do to protect these two little loves is a-okay with me.

I know some of you look at ultrasound pictures and quite frankly it looks either like a blob to you or some sort of alien...but of course Matt and I see precious little hands, a face, an elbow and wrist and even the little body. For those of you Mommys and Daddys out there I'm sure you can all see them too since I feel if you have had one pregnancy and studied the ultrasounds like all parents do, you become an expert at looking at these things!! Baby "B" is already grown to about 6 cm and I'm feeling the early feeling of those ligaments stretching in my tummy a bit but other than that, not much else looks like I'm pregnant yet. In my first pregnancy I couldn't wait to get a big belly!! Im taking my time this time because I know what's coming...when they say you get huge...you get HUGE!!! hahaha

We celebrated Grandpa's 95th Birthday this weekend with lots of family in town and Bella was so excited to spend the day with her GiGis (Great Grandma and Great Grandpa). As you can see, matt and I decided Grandpa should sport some sexy hair for his big day. Lookin' good Grandpa :) Bella runs the house pretty much these days, she has two teeth on the bottom and we are patiently waiting the top two. Poor thing just chews on everything in sight because they are killing her. Other than that, I still think she is happiest baby I have ever met and she puts a smile and belly laughter on our faces and in our hearts each and every day. We are so lucky and to think we will get another one in just a few months.....so exciting!!!!

Love to you all!!

Hello Everyone!! So, I hope you are all very proud that I have actually updated the blog consistently lately!!! yay Mommy Sunnie!! hahaha I think I may have worked off my morning sickness by chasing our busy little bee around the house!! Or maybe it's that I don't have time to think about the morning sickness lately! My tummy is getting a little hard in my lower abdomen already and we have another doctor's appt. on Tuesday! Isabella, as you see, is now climbing. Yes, she is 7 months old and she is 1) pulling herself up on everything 2) scaling the side of the couch 3) climbing on top of anything that is her height!! Oy vey!! She scares the bejesus out of me half the time and I really have to keep an eagle eye on this one at all times. She is loving her books and it keeps her busy for quite awhile...and since she has discovered Sesame Street she adores watching it.

We are headed to Hawaii next week so please wish us luck on the flight with our antsy Bella! I think I may buy Starbucks gift cards for the other passengers around us just in case she goes postal! haha She should be fine I'm sure (since this is her 2nd trip to Hawaii already) and we are really looking forward to seeing Colleen & Marcus get married and see all of my planning come to fruition. I can't wait to enjoy beautiful Kauai and some much needed relaxation. My Mom is going with us so it is going to be a great family trip as well...we haven't had one in a long time so I'm looking SO forward to it. I just wish we could stay for a couple of weeks!

I hope all is well in your little piece of the world...love to you all!!!

Two peas in a pod!

Whoa....as if I don't have a hard enough time keeping you all updated on Miss Isabella...but now we have a little tadpole to tell you about too!!! So, I apologize for the delay but I'm sure you can all understand the busy month we've had!!

As you all know by now, Matthew and I found out we are expecting a new little blessing in our life! We are so excited and we have come to the conclusion that we will be putting off sleep for a couple more years now....oh and when they get to be about 15 or 16 I'm sure we won't be sleeping then either :) God forbid we have another girl, poor Matthew will be sitting up all night waiting for that curfew time to come around and watching for any sneaky little boys who have crushes on our daughters!! hahaha I'm sure a lot of you were shocked by our announcement...we could tell by some of the email responses..."Whoa!" "Oh my gosh!!!" "No way!!!" "Another one??!!!" and we just giggled because we did the same thing for a day or so and then the total excitement and realization that we are going to have another life touch us and if it is anything as wonderful as Isabella has been we are two VERY lucky people! I am 8 weeks at this point and we have a very strong and fast heartbeat (159 tending on the girl side-but the Chinese calendar says it's a boy!) and we even took home ultrasound pictures of our little pea pod!! We will definitely keep you all updated on my progress and stay tuned for that growing belly again!!

On to our busy bee....well if I was feeling any guilt about not having time to get in the gym, I am NOT anymore!! This little girl is about to wear me out!! She is crawling at warp speed...she makes it across the living room and down the hallway in 5 seconds...and now she pulls up on everything!! Literally everything!!! It could be Beau's dog bowls, my legs, the couch, the entertainment center, I am just petrified at how many boo boos we are going to have! She has already fallen a few times and I think it scares me more than her! I am constantly chasing her and being my paranoid self....I'll get used to it and I'm sure I'll have many more bumps & bruises in her lifetime!

She is an absolute joy to have around and I hope you all enjoy all of the pictures...
Love to you all!!!

Happy 4th of July!!

Miss Independence!!

Pretty Pink Princess

Oh goodness, has it REALLY been an entire month since I updated the our blog!!!??? Yes, I know all of you avid bloggers are grumbling going, "uh yeah Sunnie, we've been staring at the same Father's Day pictures for a month now!" Sorry!!!

Bella is just so active now that all of my free time when I'm not planning a big day for a Bride tends to be rolling around on the floor with her, heading to music class at the Music Bug (she's loving the maracas) or some other form of entertainment to keep this busy girl occupied!! She is still just as tall as ever and I'm really looking forward to our 6 month check up (minus the immunizations) to find out how tall she is and how much she weighs. She has had such a growth spurt in the last month you just wouldn't believe your eyes!

She has mastered crawling and she has full intention on covering the entire house in the next couple of weeks. Really....how big can you buy blankets? I feel as though I need to install bouncy flooring in my entire household so we avoid the bonking of the noggin so much!!! She also has started to pull herself up on anything she can get those little fingers on....crib, Daddy, myself, coffee tables...everything!! We didn't realize she could do this until I went in to check on her during a nap the other day and as I walk in I am greeted by a big smile and my standing baby! Oh really Bella???!!! You can stand now???!!!! What!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, you're just moving way too fast for Mommy & Daddy!!!

It is really truly amazing to see her progress so quickly, she is strong and determined...exactly how I want her to grow up :)

We have just had loads going on as well in the last month and we've had a blast with friends in town and all of the fun events we've been able to go to! Baby showers, bachelorette parties, the whole nine yards! Bella has been quite a hit with everyone and she has definitely gotten her fill of spoiling lately. (Okay, so maybe she gets that all the time but I can't help it) I'm just so thankful that the multitude of smiles on her face has only gotten better! She giggles so hard....and snorts liker her Mommy....that you really can't help but falling down with laughter. She just cracks herself up.

She has also began to give super big kisses. When I go into her room in the morning and pick her up she throws her arms around my head and attacks my face with a big wet one on my cheek or a slobber and some sort of sucking on my chin :) Talk about feeling like the most important person in the whole wide world!!!

We are loving being parents....absolutely wholeheartedly loving it! She has blessed our life more than we could ever put into words and I'm sad in a way that she is already halfway to a full year old. I wish she could stay this age forever, thigh rolls and all :)

Love to you all!! XOXO
