Can you all just peek at the clock behind us? Yep...12:18am on new Years and the pregnant girl is up past her hubby. Yes!!!

Happy New Year Everyone!!! Can I just tell you all how lucky I feel going into 2009 with so much to look forward to, anticipate, and be excited about!!! Yes, I'm sure Matt and my plate is going to be F-U-L-L but I'm sure it will be so worth it when our little man arrives and we can introduce Bella to her new baby brother!!

We had our 7 month appointment last week and everything looks wonderful, especially the amazing ultrasound pictures we got. He was looking right at us and kicking away so it was a great experience. We feel like he is going to look just like Bella after getting the pictures of his face which I posted above! My gestational glucose test came back negative and he is measuring right on course. I have to admit that I am trying not to complain too much but I am starting to get extremely tired much faster than I expected. My belly seems to be getting bigger and my Braxton Hicks contractions are getting stronger so picking up Bella and running around with her is a workout these days!!! I feel great though and I just can't believe that my due date is so close!

Christmas was amazing with Bella. The holidays are so much more fun when you have kids! It takes you back to when you were a kid and you were so excited about Christmas morning. Seeing that on my daughter's face when she really wasn't even sure what was going on was still the best thing in the world!!! And Santa Claus!!! Are you kidding me???!!! The best thing ever!!!! My Mom stayed the night with us and it was so great having her here on Christmas morning as well....I can't remember the last time I woke up with my Mom on Christmas morning! College....which seems like a really long time ago!! Matt was having a blast playing with Bella and all her fun toys that he "helped" Santa put together. I can't wait to see how many tools the poor guy will be using when she's about 10 and little man is 9 and there's bikes and little parts and all that good stuff. I'm sure Santa will be staying up much later than he did this year!!!! hahaha

All in all....the holidays were so blessed for us and we are thankful for every one of you and the great amount of love & support you contribute to our lives. We will keep you posted the best we can in the next two and a half months....we have Bella's 1st Birthday Pretty Princess Party, my Baby Shower, start of wedding season for my business and much much more!!!! I guess we'll nap later.....oh in about 3 years right heehee :)
